As a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Olive Tree Counseling, I’ve spent years helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, EFT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems — meeting each person where they are.

Trained at Wofford College and Walden University, I worked with the Greenville Mental Health Center for nearly a decade before founding Olive Tree, where I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across the Upstate of South Carolina.
